Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. Meet our personal trainers
Having been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years I am always looking to help people reach their fitness goals. I enjoy all aspects of Personal Training especially injury recovery and functional movement training to help my clients perform at their best and remain injury free.
I am passionate about supporting people who are either returning to fitness or discovering it for the first time. As a busy mum of three children, I understand the pressure of time and trying to find it! I am on my own journey back to fitness, I lost my motivation after I had children, it wasn't until became a Kangatraining instructor that I reignited my love of fitness once again. It also made me aware of the importance of training women safely and in a way designed for their bodies.
Growing up I was always involved in sports, competing at a high level. At age 12 I started playing rugby and at 15 stepped into a gym for the first time. It was from then on my passion for health and fitness began. If I wasn't in the gym training myself, then I was watching videos on YouTube to learn as much as possible until a little over 5 years ago I turned a passion and hobby into a career.
My areas of expertise or better put the things that I enjoy seeing people excel in are:

- Olympic Weightlifting
- Nutrition (Currently studying)
- Gymnastic Movements
Working as a Personal Trainer for the last decade I have a vast knowledge of weight training for both strength and condition and weight loss programs. I have a passion for helping motivate and support clients through their personal fitness journey. I have competed in a range of sports to a high level and have also competed in Body Building competitively and know what it takes to get into peak physical condition.

Fantastic gym. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere. PT sessions to adjust your workout to your needs and learn how to use the equipment. I’ve had fantastic results in six weeks!! Thanks Dan and the team

Great set up, in a great location! Dan and his team are awesome, wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Dan is an awesome personal trainer, listens to what you want and works with you, being realistic- first time I’ve enjoyed and look forward to my PT .
