X-Cell Classes are short 30 minute sessions that are included as part of a gym and classes membership here at Plus Fitness. X Cell classes are a great way to socialise with other members and achieve your fitness goals while being motivated by qualified fitness professionals as you train. Our X Cell classes cater to any fitness level in groups of four to twelve people.
Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. Having been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years I am always looking to help people reach their fitness goals. I enjoy all aspects of Personal Training especially injury recovery and functional movement training to help my clients perform at their best and remain injury free.
I am passionate about supporting people who are either returning to fitness or discovering it for the first time. As a busy mum of three children, I understand the pressure of time and trying to find it! I am on my own journey back to fitness, I lost my motivation after I had children, it wasn't until became a Kangatraining instructor that I reignited my love of fitness once again. It also made me aware of the importance of training women safely and in a way designed for their bodies.
